As a small business owner, the world can seem overwhelming at times. There are so many hats to wear, and so many fires to put out.

Sometimes, you have approach things from a different angle. Instead of being reactive, think of how to be proactive. Limiting the entry points for failure means looking for ways to cut down on mistakes, or at least react quickly to mistakes. It means looking for potential flaws before they become headaches. It means thinking like a hacker.
